The subscriber is prohibited from using our services for unlawful purposes. The subscriber is responsible for adhering to all applicable U.S. Federal, State, or Local Laws and Regulations.Harassment
Harassment of any kind, or abusive use of E-Mail and other Internet services, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages, is prohibited. The subscriber is prohibited from sending unsolicited advertising or other such material to other users, either through E-Mail, or through postings to Usenet Newsgroups. Sending of unwanted or inappropriate material, will result in terminating the subscriber’s account. Attempting to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account on Cybersouth Networks, Inc. systems or the Internet is prohibitedAttacks
Attempting, in any way, to interfere with or deny service to any user or any host on the Internet is prohibited.Forgery
Forging E-Mail or Usenet News posting header information is prohibited.Chain Letters
Forwarding or posting "chain letters" (multiple forwarding) of any type is prohibited.Content
Cybersouth Networks, Inc. has no control whatsoever as to the content of the information stored on or passing through its system(s)/network. The users, also known as subscribers or account holders, on this system and the Internet as a whole, are solely responsible for this content.E-Mail and Privacy
Though Cybersouth Networks, Inc. is observant of their subscribers privacy, we cannot guaranty the privacy of E-Mail(or other files) that may reside or pass through our system/network. Any data that you wish to remain private should be encrypted using third-party software.Dialup Account Uses
Dialup accounts are intended for interactive use only. The subscriber is prohibited from using any kind of program or utility to maintain a continuous connection. If the subscriber needs a 24hour dedicated connection, this services is available and an extra cost.Reselling Accounts and or Bandwidth
The subscriber is prohibited from reselling access to our system, or from reselling bandwidth on our network, or from selling access to his account.Inappropriate use of web service
The web space provided with our dialup accounts are intended for low-usage sites typically associated with ‘personal’ home pages. The owners of Websites that exhibit high resource usage will be asked to either terminate the site or move up to a Commercial Account.Cancellation
Cybersouth Networks, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the subscribers account at any time, for any reason, and without any prior warning or notification.Payment
All services are paid for in advance. Neither the Setup Fee, nor the First Month of service are refundable. Failure to pay for services will result in the closing of the subscribers account and a subsequent re-connection fee of $15.00. The user agrees to pay for all Attorney’s fees, and all costs associated with collecting payments owed to Cybersouth Networks, Inc.Disclaimer of Warranty
Cybersouth Networks, Inc. makes no warranty whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, as to the fitness, merchantibility, or the security, of any of the services it provides. Cybersouth Networks, Inc. cannot guarantee 100% availability of its services or network, nor can it gaurantee that a dialup user will not receive a busy signal. Cybersouth Networks, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages the subscriber suffers through the use of its services or the unavailability of its services. The user agrees to defend, and indemnify Cybersouth Networks, Inc. from any and all liability.Right to Amend this Document
Cybersouth Networks, Inc. reserves the right to modify this document, it’s terms, the services offered, and rates charged, at any time, and without prior notice.
